I keep getting an error that I'm not in the proper group to buy a product when I try to add it to the cart, why?

With the recent changes we urge you to clear you history & cache of your browser and completely close down and reopen your browser, this has been useful in helping with many common problems.

If I place my order Friday before noon with next day shipping will it be delivered Saturday?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed within the next 1-2 business days.

How long will it take to get my package?

Are your products effected by Pro 65?

You may notice a small number of our products have a Prop 65 warning label on the packaging and this is a clear sign that the manufacturer is compliant with California law. The warning label simply means that the garment contains extremely minimal amounts of a certain chemical that prop 65 requires to be disclaimed to sell within California only. Because we do sell North American we are required to put this on the label.

Ordering Process

I just ordered something and it says that if I enjoy the email promotions I will get 20% of on my first order and it didn't happen, why?

You well be e-mailed a coupon code upon sign up, which will you will have to input on the first check out page, where it reads 'Coupon Code' to apply your discount.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Desktop: On the "Checkout" page, there is a space to enter your coupon code on the right side under your cart content. Mobile: You can find the coupon space on the "Checkout" page under your order summary on the top of the page.

Shipping and Returns

I just ordered an item and I received it yesterday but it is ripped. I was wondering about an exchange or return and how I go about this?

If you have received an item that is defective please contact our Customer Care Department. We will provide a return shipping label for exchange for a new one.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email via Fedex or Canada Post that you can input onto their website(s) to get up to date information as to where your package currently is and an estimated delivery date.

When shipping the product, will Coquette deliver it by themselves or will they use delivery service?

Your parcel will be shipped by Fedex or Canada Post.

Do you ship according to my PayPal address?

We do not use the shipping information provided by PayPal. the shipping address you enter during the checkout process is the address your order will be shipped to.
