Warranty


Thank you for your Coquette International purchase!

Our products have a limited five year manufacturers warranty.

In order to receive a replacement for your defective product, please fill out the fields below and click submit. We will need the receipt sent with the form as well, which you can submit through the ”File Upload” section below.

Once you submit the form with the uploaded receipt, you will receive a confirmation email. We will promptly get back to you with shipping instructions for your return.
When we receive the product, it will be replaced with the same item unless it is not available; should the product be out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer. You may send the product without packaging in order to save on shipping costs. Please be advised that if you misplaced your packaging, you will still be able to receive a replacement upon returning your defective product.

Please note: Residents outside of the US or Canada, are required to pay for shipping to and from our company. Please provide a return label when shipping the defective item to us.
