Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders are shipped out Monday to Friday during business hours. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing is 1-2 business days, but may be extended during holidays and large sales. Delivery times are based on non-rural addresses. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or holidays. Coquette does not make any guarantees for shipping and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped. We currently ONLY ship to North America.

About Your Order
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day.
- Larger orders or special requests may require additional time to prepare and ship.
- Orders placed with an eCheck through a PayPal account will take 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped once payment is received.
- With a minimum purchase of $59 or more shipping is no cost to you (Fedex Standard).
- All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box or bubble envelope.
- The company name on your credit card statement and the shipping label will be Coquette.

Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address you provide.
- All orders over $59.00 (before taxes) qualify for FREE shipping (Fedex Standard)

Delivery
Orders UNDER $300 will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provided. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail. If you are not home during the day to receive your order, a Delivery Notice Card will be left. The card will contain information about the local post office your order has been redirected to. It will be held for 15 business days to allow time for you to pick it up. If you do not pick up your order within those 15 business days, it will be shipped back to our warehouse.
Orders OVER $300 will be shipped directly to your local post office and you will receive a Delivery Notice Card. Photo identification and a signature will be required to pick-up your order.

Out Of Stock Items
We cannot guarantee availability of our product, on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation, items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product. If a response is not received within 48 hours the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped.
Coquette will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations, or be held accountable if the customer does not receive notification. We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time; certain items on our site may not be available in-store and vice versa. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, both in-store and online, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features and offerings, of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If your order is returned to our warehouse after an attempt to deliver has been made, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address information you entered is correct. Once confirmed, we will re-ship your order. If you fail to receive your order after the second delivery attempt and it is returned to us again, we will cancel your order. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost for the second delivery attempt and a $10.00 restocking fee.

Track Your Order
You will receive a shipment notification email from Canada Post once your order has been shipped out. The email will contain a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery status online.

Unavailable Items
If an item you purchase is unexpectedly out of stock, the rest of your order will be filled and shipped out and the missing item(s) will be cancelled and your card refunded. If the item(s) cancelled results in your order total to be less than $59, we will still ship it for free and you will not be charged for shipping.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped without penalty. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered to you, it will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred. Your card will not be refunded until after the order has been returned to our warehouse. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us here with your order details.

Information On Taxes
Taxes will be automatically added to your order’s total and indicated separately for your information. Tax rates will be applied based on your province or state.
